Recognizing a gap in the industry for rigorous, anatomy-first training, David Higashiguchi, RN, founded the Aesthetics Training Center of Hawaii (ATCOH). His mission was to move beyond the ‘weekend seminar’ model and create an institution that prioritizes safety, complication management, and the artistry of natural results.

We do not teach 'patterns.' We teach anatomy. Understanding the vascular and muscular landscape is the only way to inject with true confidence.
Our curriculum is heavily weighted on complication management. You will leave prepared to identify and manage adverse events.
Mass training breeds mediocrity. We strictly limit class sizes to ensure you receive direct feedback to refine your technique.
